First time having Neo Gen treatment today booked as a block . Shereen was my therapist and was welcoming and really professional putting my mind at east immediately. She explained fully what I would expect to feel during and after that treatment and how to maximise after care. She was a lovely girl and would be happy booking her for other treatments. My experience with Karma Clinic was exceptionally professionally and wouldn't think twice about recommending them. Well done Shereen. ..great experience

Shereen was really helpful and knowledgable and gave me lots of info on which to base a decision for treatment moving forward. She also addressed a skin issue there and then. She was amazing. She takes time to make sure I am comfortable during the treatment and also provides reassurance talking me through the process and results. I would highly recommend Shereen
