Carly is recommended far and wide for her amazing eyebrow-transforming skills, and rightly so. After she reshaped mine using semi-permanent tattooing three years ago, I now have no hesitation in returning to the Karma Clinic at 12/18 month intervals to have them 'topped up'. I am often complimented on my eyebrows, which means it's 5 stars from me!

First time having Neo Gen treatment today booked as a block . Shereen was my therapist and was welcoming and really professional putting my mind at east immediately. She explained fully what I would expect to feel during and after that treatment and how to maximise after care. She was a lovely girl and would be happy booking her for other treatments. This was my first appointment for a colour boost after many years with the same therapist and I was a bit anxious. No need - Carly was great. I explained what I expected and she gave me just the result I wanted! She even got rid of an unsightly milia on my nose! Thank you for making this pleasant (almost!).
