Really good initial consultation. Shereen was friendly, took time to listen, and explained everything clearly and I have made a follow up appointment to go ahead with the procedure.

Consultation feedback - Shereen has very good and clear communication skills , listened actively, and addressed all my concerns effectively. We established a good rapport and all post treatments skin changes discussed and safety-netting advice was appropriately given.

First time having Neo Gen treatment today booked as a block .
Shereen was my therapist and was welcoming and really professional putting my mind at east immediately.
She explained fully what I would expect to feel during and after that treatment and how to maximise after care.
She was a lovely girl and would be happy booking her for other treatments.

I had a really good initial consultation with Carly and couldn’t recommend her more highly! She made me feel completely comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted.She was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every detail of the procedure I was considering. I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained not just the treatment itself, but also the aftercare and what to expect at the follow-up appointment. It made me feel confident and reassured.I left feeling informed, relaxed, and in very safe hands.

Sheree was really helpful and knowledgable and gave me lots of info on which to base a decision for treatment moving forward. She also addressed a skin issue there and then. She was amazing.
