Bethany works as Head of HR and Executive Manager to support the Managing Director. As a company with 30+ employees, it is important for all staff to be supported in every aspect of their role, and its Bethany's job to ensure this happens.

As well as being the Senior point of call for all employees, Bethany maintains all Employer Health and Safety standards. This means ensuring the company is always up-to-date with all laws and legislation, to ensure a safe and pro-active workplace at all times.
Bethany is CIPD qualified in addition to holding AAT Accounting and Bookkeeping Level 2, and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service and Business Skills.
