Bethany How plays a vital role at The Karma Clinic and The Belmore Centre as Head of HR and Executive Manager, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure both businesses run smoothly, compliantly, and with a strong people-first culture.

With 40+ employees across both sites, Bethany is the senior point of contact for all staff, supporting every individual in their role, whether it’s day-to-day matters, personal development, or navigating more complex employment issues. Her goal is to ensure all staff feel safe, valued, and well-informed at every stage of their journey.
Bethany is CIPD qualified, with additional certifications in AAT Accounting and Bookkeeping (Level 2), and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service and Business Skills. This well-rounded skillset allows her to manage everything from HR and payroll to staff relations, recruitment, training, and internal communications.
She also leads on all Employer Health and Safety compliance, ensuring the clinics meet the latest legal and regulatory standards. From policy updates to risk assessments, Bethany keeps everything running proactively behind the scenes, helping create a safe, structured, and positive workplace for both staff and clients.
Beth is known for her professional yet approachable style, combining calm authority with a warm sense of humour. Whether you’re joining the team or facing a challenge at work, Beth is someone staff know they can turn to for honest support and guidance.
Outside of work, Bethany is happiest outdoors, walking her dogs, enjoying good food, staying active, or dancing the night away. Her ability to balance diligence and fun makes her a truly valued part of the team.
