Helen is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see at The Karma Clinic, and her warm, approachable nature makes clients feel instantly at ease. With a diverse background in customer service, administration, events, and law, she brings a wealth of experience and energy to her front-of-house role.

Helen’s customer service journey began at just 14, working as a waitress, and quickly progressed to roles in luxury retail at Bicester Village with brands like Pret a Manger, The White Company, Versace, and French Connection. After graduating from Liverpool University with a 2:1 in Law, Helen worked as a Senior Insolvency Administrator before moving to Abu Dhabi, where she joined global oil and gas company ConocoPhillips in their HR team.
Her time abroad saw her wear many hats, including running her own swim school ("Starfish"), organising events for a network called Expat Women, and teaching swimming to children and families. Upon returning to the UK, she supported the family business before joining The Karma Clinic, where she’s been a beloved part of the team ever since.
At The Karma Clinic, Helen keeps the front desk running smoothly, managing bookings, assisting clients with treatment advice, handling admin duties, and making sure every visitor feels welcome. She’s well known for her upbeat energy, stylish work outfits, and the occasional (accidental!) dodgy cup of coffee for James.
Clients love Helen for her friendly, reassuring manner, her excellent memory for names and faces, and her ability to offer helpful, confidence-building guidance about treatments, never pushy, always positive.
Outside of work, Helen loves fashion, the outdoors, a good chat, and spending time with friends (often over a well-earned glass of wine). She’s also a qualified swimming instructor, a little-known fact that adds even more depth to her varied and impressive background.
